You are already on the highest setting, which is where you broke your screw driver beacause of the "lip", and the two extra clicks are actually coming from the chrome cover over the top of the shock. When you turn it, does the adjustment "hole" in the shock itself turn at the same time, or does it stay put and just the chrome cap spins? If the hole in shock moves, refer to my first post. If it's just the chrome cap spinning, you probably are on the "stiffest" setting already, and the chrome cap is stripped to where it will spin by itself. THIS WILL NOT AFFECT THE PERFORMANCE OF THE SHOCK. You will just have to line up the hole in the chrome cap and the hole in the shock where you can insert an allen wrench or screw driver into both holes to adjust it in the future.
